Who We Are

A TRUSTED BRIDGE BETWEEN TAIWAN AND CANADA

An education consultancy that starts with the child — not a high-volume agency. Dream Ocean Education is a Taiwan-based international education consultancy built on more than a decade of lived Canadian experience. We work to understand each student before we ever recommend a school — so the students we introduce arrive well-matched and well-prepared. Founder Patty Fu spent eleven years living and studying in Canada, from high school through university.

Student Care & Support

Our relationship doesn't end at placement. We help students and families through the adjustment period — homestay life, classroom culture, and the normal ups and downs of living in a new country — and we keep parents informed along the way.

Why Schools Partner With Us

Fit first, not volume

We match students to the right environment before recommending a school — which means fewer adjustment problems after arrival, not a guarantee, but a real difference for your team.

A Mandarin bridge to families

We stay in close contact with parents in Mandarin, helping resolve concerns early and easing the communication load on your international student office.

Prepared before departure

Families work with us on language, independence, and realistic expectations, so students arrive understanding that adjustment takes time — and knowing how to ask for help.
