PARTNER WITH US
Students who are ready.
Families who stay engaged.
We're not a high-volume placement agency. We prepare and match each student before they ever arrive — and we stay involved afterward. Here's what that means for your school.
Communication gaps with overseas families can create avoidable stress. We stay in close contact with parents in Mandarin throughout the journey — interpreting expectations in both directions, surfacing concerns early, and helping families understand how your school works. This eases the load on your international student office and helps small issues get resolved before they grow.
A Mandarin bridge to families
Before we recommend a school, we assess each student's readiness — English level, independence, personality, and family expectations. We only introduce students we believe are a genuine fit for your environment. Careful matching tends to mean fewer adjustment problems after arrival. It's not a guarantee, but it's a real difference for your admissions team and your classrooms.
Fit first, not volume
We work with families on language, independence, and realistic expectations before the student leaves Taiwan. Students arrive understanding that adjustment takes time, that not everything will be perfect in the first weeks, and — importantly — that asking for help is normal. Preparation doesn't remove every challenge, but it helps students meet them with the right mindset.
Prepared before departure
HOW WE WORK
A considered process, not a quick sale.
Understand the studen
We start with the child, not a brochure: readiness, goals, English, and family expectations.
Recommend the
right fit
We suggest environments suited to the student — by fit, not by ranking or name alone.
Prepare before departure
We help the family get ready: language, independence, and what adjustment really involves.
Stay involved after arrival
We keep in contact with the student and family, and work alongside your school's support.

Who we work with
Families from Taiwan looking for the right fit — not just any placement.
Dream Ocean Education is based in New Taipei City, Taiwan, and built on more than a decade of lived Canadian experience. Our founder, Patty Fu, spent eleven years living and studying in Canada, from high school through university. We work with families who want a thoughtful, honest path for their child — which is why we sometimes advise families that the timing isn't right, or that a shorter program suits their child better for now. Schools that partner with us can expect students whose families have already thought carefully about the decision.
